Hi, I'm Kate (Kaitlynn)! I'm a wife, mother, nurse, owner of 4 beautiful animals, and owner of ePITome Pet Sitting LLC.
I have 10+ years experience working with animals, dating back to 2006 when I started volunteering at The Meriden Humane Society. By 2009 during my summers I started to help manage the small dog/large dog room, sick animals, administer, medication, review applications for adoption and in the summer of 2010 I started to open and close the shelter. I also joined the board of director and helped organize fundraisers such as the Birthday Bash, and annual tag sales. During those 10 + years I worked at The Meriden Animal Hospital as a receptionist and vet technician. Volunteered at Meriden Animal Control- Saving Paws, was also on board of directors there. Was a fill in pet sitter for Karen 4 Your Petz, and worked at a boarding and grooming facility in Wallingford, Village Pet Spa where I was the kennel attendant and cashier.
My love and passion for animals has always been quite strong. When I became a nurse I quickly was aware on how much I loved helping people, but couldn't help but feel like something was missing. It was working with animals. So with the help and encouragement of some friends and family I decided to open up my very own pet sitting business and still work as a nurse.
